Curious about what your child’s day will look like at Zion DayCare Centre? From the moment they arrive until the time they leave, your child will be immersed in a day full of learning, exploration, and fun.
- Drop-off and Morning Welcome: Upon arrival, your child will be greeted by our friendly staff who will help them settle in. We believe in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children feel comfortable from the start. After a brief check-in, we begin our day with circle time, where children gather to sing songs, discuss the weather, and share stories with their classmates.
- Learning Through Play: At Zion DayCare Centre, we follow a play-based curriculum that encourages children our students to develop essential life skills through fun activities. Whether it’s building towers with blocks, painting, or engaging in role-playing games, children are constantly learning and exploring new concepts.
- Outdoor Play: Physical activity is just as important as academic learning. During outdoor playtime, children have the chance to run, jump, and engage in various games that promote physical health and coordination. Our outdoor area is safe and designed for children to enjoy activities like riding tricycles, playing with balls, or simply exploring nature.
- Snack and Nap Time: Proper nutrition and rest are key to a productive day. We provide healthy snacks to keep kids energized throughout the day. After a busy morning, children are encouraged to rest during nap time, which helps them recharge for the afternoon’s activities.
- Creative Activities and Storytime: After nap time, the children engage in creative activities like painting, crafting, or coloring. These activities are designed to foster creativity and improve fine motor skills. We also have Storytime, where children can sit back and listen to tales that stimulate their imagination.
A day at Zion DayCare Centre is filled with fun, learning, and love. We are committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to learn at their own pace.
